- Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Stardust Casino real-money platform by registered users located in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account and accessing the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator. This document sets out the conditions for access, the obligations of the user, the responsibilities of the operator, and procedures relating to account management, data handling, and dispute resolution.
Stardust Casino operates under a licence issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Real-money gaming is conducted under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. These Terms of Use apply exclusively to the Ontario real-money product.
Separate legal documents govern:
- The Stardust Social Casino product (a free-to-play, virtual currency service)
- The real-money platforms available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Those services are distinct and are not covered by this document.
- Eligibility and Access Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to Stardust Casino for real-money gaming in Ontario is restricted to individuals who are 19 years of age or older. This requirement is mandatory under Ontario provincial law and AGCO licence conditions. Individuals who do not meet this age threshold are prohibited from registering an account or participating in any real-money activity.
2.2 Geographic Restriction
Real-money wagering is permitted only for users who are physically located in the Province of Ontario at the time of play. The operator uses geolocation technology to verify the physical location of users during each session.
Access from outside Ontario does not satisfy this requirement, regardless of province of residence or citizenship. Users who attempt to circumvent geolocation controls may have their accounts suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.
2.3 Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. The user must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration.
Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
- Account Obligations and User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any activity conducted through an account is the responsibility of the registered account holder.
If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the user must notify Stardust Casino support immediately through the designated contact channels.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access the service from a restricted jurisdiction
- Share account credentials with any third party
- Use automated tools, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the service or other users
Violation of any of the above may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
3.3 Self-Exclusion Lists
Individuals registered on any applicable self-exclusion list administered by AGCO or iGaming Ontario are prohibited from accessing Stardust Casino. The operator is required to enforce exclusion measures in accordance with regulatory obligations.
Users who believe they have been incorrectly excluded, or who wish to register for self-exclusion, should contact support directly.

The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes to these Terms of Use through the registered email address or via in-platform notification.
Continued use of the service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Identity Verification
Stardust Casino is required to verify user identity in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and AGCO licensing conditions. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding C$2,000.
Users must submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by the operator. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
The minimum deposit threshold is C$10. The daily withdrawal limit is C$10,000. These limits are subject to change in accordance with regulatory requirements or operator policy updates.
